I ate a couple bananas for breakfast, and ran 4 miles. Then my wife and I went and ran an errand, and then stopped for breakfast/lunch at Denny’s. I could have ordered the healthy breakfast made with egg beaters, etc. I should have ordered it. But I didn’t I ordered the Mega Meat Lover’s plate with a couple types of sausage, bacon, ham, eggs over easy, hash browns, and 3 pan cakes with a scoop of butter. I mean, there was nothing there that was low fat. And I ate it.
I intended to run another 6 miles when I got home, but sat and worked on the computer. Then I went off to a couple hours of karate class. I got home, and made dinner. Dinner was much healthier. I made my oven baked KFC chicken recipe. I tried using half as much salt, and it still lasted fine. So I updated the recipe I have posted. Then I made some garlic mashed potatoes as well. Both of these were low fat. I also had a fat free pudding snack. So I didn’t eat totally bad. But I probably should have had the healthy breakfast at Denny’s. Maybe next time. I did run another 3 miles for a total of 7 miles. 3 miles short of the 10 miles I wanted to run today.
